Due to our busy season, Bella would like you to keep in mind that as respect to your operator and our other clients we ask that you arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment. If you are 10 minutes or later you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Also, Bella does reinforce our 24 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, IT MUST be 24 hours prior to the service. If the cancellation is within 24 hours of the appointment you will be charged for the entire service/services.
If the reason you are canceling is due to unavoidable circumstances, please call and speak with a receptionist.
