We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes prior to your first treatment. This will allow you the opportunity to change into your robe and slippers and relax in the Bistro prior to your appointment. Arriving late will cheat you of precious minutes of your treatment, as your treatment will end on time so as not to delay the next guest.
So that all our guests may have the most relaxing experience, we ask that cell phone use be limited to the Bistro area only. In the case of an emergency where you would need to be reached, please provide them with the main phone number. Our staff will notify you immediately if there is a problem.
We ask that you wait until provisions are available before bringing children to the spa, unless they are receiving a service. After our childcare facility is completed, we will welcome you to leave your children in our care while you receive your service.
In order to accommodate all our guests, we require 24 hour notice when canceling appointments. This enables us to allow clients on our wait list the opportunity to schedule an appointment.
Tips to Know… Vichy Shower and Wet Room Etiquette: Our wet room is equipped to make a splash! Having a fully tiled room, with radiant heat floors this makes your experience luxurious. Upon arrival you may use our disposable undergarments or undress to your comfort level. After treatment you may take advantage of our rainfall Vichy shower and massage or you may shower yourself right in the treatment room. Your privacy and comfort is our goal to make your experience something to remember.
When Scheduling a Facial: If this is your first time, we recommend that you arrive approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to speak to our esthician about your service. If you are currently using any topical creams, lotions, etc. prescribed by a dermatologist/physician, we recommend that you consult with them prior to scheduling this service.
When Scheduling a Massage: If this is your first time, we recommend that you arrive approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to speak to the massage therapist about the various massages we offer based on your expectations and to complete a short form. Please undress to your level of comfort, however, undressing completely will allow the massage therapist to thoroughly massage all muscle groups.
If you are pregnant, please note that massages can not be performed until you are in your second trimester.
